Booking Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions for Nordic Travel
  1. In case of 3rd party price increases we will pass this increase on the client. For example air fares, accommodation rates, park fees, crater service fees, fuel increases, Government taxes.
  2. Amendment and cancellation period will follow the individual lodges, hotels and camps used for each booking. See below. If a cancellation is received 30 - 10 days a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and if the cancellation is received 9 – 0 a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  3. Full payment needs to be received 35 day prior to client’s arrival. Deposits need to be paid as per each individual hotel, lodge or camp used in the itinerary.
Terms & Conditions for Hotels, Lodges & Camps

Deposits

Ngorongoro Farm House (all Tanganyika Wilderness Camps) – 10% non-refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation. Full payment 60 days prior to arrival.

Serena Lodges – 20% non – refundable deposit 60 days prior to arrival date in peak season and 35 days before in high season. Peak season – Jan, Feb, Jun – Oct. High Season March, Nov, Dec.

Elewana & Sopa Lodges – 50% refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation. Amendments and cancellations have to be done 65 days prior to arrival date.

 Kikoti – 30% non-refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation. Balance to be received 45 days prior to client arrival.

Ikoma – 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation.

Tarangire Safari Lodge – None

Ndutu Safari Lodge – No deposit needed but full payment needed 45 days prior to arrival date.

Kirurumu Tented Lodge (all Kirurumu Lodges & Camps) – 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation.

Mount Meru Game Lodge – No deposit needed but full payment needed 30 days prior to arrival date.

Asilia Camps – a non-refundable 20% deposit of total amount of booking is required 7 days after booking.

Mbalageti – A 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking to receive confirmation.

Plantation Lodge - No deposit needed but full payment needed 45 days prior to arrival date.
